Feedback vs Comments: Understand the difference
Hey everyone
I keep on getting feedback when I request a comment.
There is a difference.
So. Here it goes.
Comment: You leave a comment that focus on the article itself. The comment can be about the product, review. Share you thoughts about the product or review itself. A comment section is not the place to tell the website owner what you think about his website. That belongs in the feedback section.
If you leave a feedback in a comment section, then the website owner might disapprove it or he/she needs to edit and rewrite it all.
Feedback: This is where you can tell someone how bad/good Her/His site is. How (in my case) bad my grammar is. This is where you can tell a website owner what you think of his website.
Please take note of the difference before you leave a feedback in a comment section.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
Jaco

Great Jaco .. well done. I really do not think this issue can be covered too much. I also agree with Cathy (Catwoman) below. Cheers, William.
It is a problem. I do appreciate that people are trying to help, but is not helping if it is in the comment section.
Hopefully more members will see this and spread the word.
This happens to me too. Maybe Kyle can emphasize on this more in the training, it might help members to understand better.

Good post that explains the difference between the two very clearly. Thank you.
