Just created my first free template offer....help!

I wrote a new blog and created a template to offer as a free download from my website. This is a BIG accomplishment for me as I still have a problem writing content. Anyway, now that I have finished and saved my template as a PDF file I don't know how to set it up on my site. I would appreciate any help!!
