Hi - Janine - I like your post.
I used them a couple of times - just really putting my toe in the water.
I asked for an introduction page for a niche I was considering (never followed through on yet) - and I was impressed. 600 words of very targeted, introductory information.
Another I was curious about was the "I can get you 2000 twitter followers". I was dubious - but curious. I signed up, and gave them a twitter account that I don't use. Within a day, they send a note saying "are you happy" - I checked and no followers had been added - I replied "no, I can't see any yet" - within a couple of minutes I had a reply saying give me a minute - then bam - exactly 2000 twitter followers. There's no way these were all targeted in my niche for that account.
So doing your homework and making sure you're just targeting niche "fiverr" players is very good advice. I suppose it's like joining G+ groups setup in your niche. Your either interacting with people with the same goals, or people interested in what people in your niche have to offer.
All the best, Mark
Hi, Mark..thanks for the long answer...:-)...yes, i´ve heard that there are some underpaid gifted authors out there, glad you were satisfied with the content you ordered. Funny story with the twitter account, i´m always curios how those things are done, but otherwise it´s a complete waste of time and energy....;-)...better to focus on great posts for my blogs and learning how to market. Wishing you a wonderful day - Janine
Interesting experience with Twitter. Like anything, you shouldn't just jump in, but like you, do your homework and see if it's right for you and your niche.
Oh, yes, you´re absolutely right. One always has to look what fits personally for the niche...:-)...AND do your homework - wishing you a wonderful week - Janine
Great post. I love fiverr.com. I have used them extensively. If you have a problem with a vendor there, you can just cancel your order. No hassle.
That´s very interesting, what type of gigs did you use? Maybe there is more to it, than one can see....have a wonderful day - Janine
