What is Wealthy Affiliate?
Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of social media. Don't get me wrong. The idea is awesome...being able to be in touch with your old friends without actually being in touch. To create a weird term, it brings a sense of personal anomimity, allowing someone like me to be passivly interested in the lives of my old friends.
The celebrated loner that I am, can check in on Mike and see how he's doing without ever making a phone call.
Using social media, Mike accepts this as the terms of our friendship. After all, Mike lives in Oregon and I live in Texas. We both moved to our respective locales from a city in Northern California.
Without social media, Mike and I would not even know each other.
This brings me to you, my WA friend. I mean, look up there. If you are in my group, it says we are friends, so we must be friends, Right?
So WA must be a social media site...
Well, that may or may not be accurate, but I'm finding more and more that I have more in common with most of you than I have with nearly everyone that I went to high school with.
We have a common goal to succeed and to that end I support you with all of the energy that I have, I also have a sense that you support me!
This wonderful community fosters a culture of support. I embrace it and it embraces me,
As I slowly grow toward talk of profits, I want to thank you... all of you for being part of my WA network. You and your articles have enriched my life beyond anything that I expected when I found this community.
You are awesome!
Thank you for being awesome!
