AtMail and iPads
If using an iPad to get to AtMail, all the functions work by tapping, double-tapping, etc.
All but one and that's opening the email to read. Double-tapping does nothing. Tapping does nothing. Holding the selection only gives the option to copy for pasting.
Does anyone know how to open an email to read in AtMail using an iPad?
Any enlightenment would be much appreciated!

I am not certain, but clearly both AtMail and IPad have some tech support, which I would check out...
I am sorry I don't know the answer so I cannot help you. I hope someone else does. Try to google the question maybe someone out there had the same problem and can help.

Thank you, Luna! I got with SiteSupport last night and we tried three different browsers on the iPad Pro: Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. They all did the same thing: they only highlighted the email I was wanting to read. We reached the conclusion that the problem had to be iPad-specific.
I'll try to come up with something else but for now looks like it's a no-go.
