Am I ready to take responsibility to my health? I believe in the old and tested adage of “health is wealth”. How can one enjoy prosperity in life if most of the time one is either wheel-chair bound or bedridden. A better health leads to wealth as it is linked to more productive longevity. Better late than regretting and it's too late! That’s what my wife and I committed ourselves to ditch the long term side-effects of synthetic medicine designed by big pharma.

My wife have been hooked to drugs (AKA: Pharmaceuticals) for more than 10 years due to her High Blood Pressure conditions. Known side-effects were that she felt lower back pain (how I pray it is not her kidney or liver weakness), feeling lethargic or lack of energy even in the morning, and difficulty in sleeping. Her high blood pressure was coupled with occasional vertigo (the feeling of the “world spinning around you”) episode. The “expert” cardiologist doctor prescribed to her the more famous list of beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, and Calcium channel blockers. I will not give credit to the big pharma by naming what brands my wife’s doctor prescribed to her as they are already enriched themselves ridiculously at the expense of millions of “addicted” customers. But what are these seemingly safe treatment such as beta-blockers and inhibitors for? How safe are they to our body’s overall health and wellness long term? Let me first define to you the best I can in lay-man’s term :

Beta blockers : also known as beta-adrenergic blocking agents, are medications that reduce your blood pressure. Beta blockers work by blocking the effects of the hormone epinephrine, also known as adrenaline. Beta blockers cause your heart to beat more slowly and with less force, which lowers blood pressure.

ACE Inhibitors: Angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors are a class of medication used primarily for the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure. They work by causing relaxation of blood vessels as well as a decrease in blood volume, which leads to lower blood pressure and decreased oxygen demand from the heart.

Calcium channel blockers : lower blood pressure and treat other conditions such as chest pain and an irregular heartbeat. Calcium channel blockers lower your blood pressure by preventing calcium from entering the cells of your heart and arteries.

All of the above have short-term benefits vs. long term side effects. I will update and share to you all what I've learned and it will be your wise choice what to do next from having this additional information. Stay safe always and boost up more your immune system as the best protection against this dreaded virus, COVID-19.

Best wishes

Iman

*** yes, agree ' health is wealth! ' ...

sounds like quite a concoction of powerful synthetics ... i'd be concerned about the potentiated effects of the combined medications...

blessings to you for hope, and perfect health ... 🙏 ... ***

Thanks for this critical information--makes me want to take my chances and not use them!

Jeff

I agree with you. I have been on those meds for a long time. even tried to stop taking them, but had to get back on them again. I have not found a way to ditch them yet.
