Hi Heather, I remember thinking the same. Reading blogs and seeing answers to question and thinking "how do they know that"? For me, the penny drops at times and another piece of the puzzle fits. after 6 months of a having a website, I'm surprised at how far I've come. A lot to do/learn still. But it's well know that it does take 6-12 months to start being successful. Sometimes a little less, often more.

Yes, we can do this.

The learning curve can be difficult if you don't have web experience. Like I know NOTHING. Everything is always a learning curve so it's taking me longer. I didn't even know what a domain was two months ago. Keep on keeping on.

on my home page it says not found, also when I click of one header the content does not show it comes up in yahoo not found, help pls, oh one more thing, can I download google images for free? thanks for all the help

Whew! I thought it was only me who feels lost sometimes. :D However, as you said, "I am determined to succeed, one lesson at a time"! That's what I keep telling myself and as a matter of fact, one lesson at a time is an excellent plan! :) Keep up the great work!

I think you'd be surprised at what you HAVE actually learnt here. You've created 3 blog posts so far here, and created a great fun website. Did you think you could have done that 2 months ago, before you started here??? Nope didn't think so. Look at your friends - how many of them could have accomplished the same?

Keep at it - I went through the training a couple of times, and picked up so much that I missed first time around - and as a result, have gone back and changed some things. It took a couple of times for some of the training to "click" with me - it is definitely worth it!!

You'll be helping others before you know it - just keep "paying it forward" as you have done. When you help that first person that says "thank you" you'll feel over the moon. I did.

Being determined is a good thing. Focus on developing an interesting site and don't expect the money too soon. It is a process. We are all here doing the same thing. Good luck and stick with the good work.
