You need to have a plan to know where you are going but I have noticed through my coaching practice that people can be very rigid and get disappointed when they do not get what they want

.

You have to be flexible.

Things happen, life happens, curve balls come at us. Know where you want to go but be prepared to flex a little bit.

Write your plan down and have it in front on you all the time so you are constantly reminded of what is important to you. It also helps you to get creative

Never give up, sometimes when things don't go to plan it can actually mean there is something even better going to happen.

So write out all you will achieve and manifest in this next coming year. Writing this down you are stepping into your future right now.
