Okay, a little fun today.
I have been looking for a free AI video source to create an avatar of myself to use for video production. I am not a big fan of getting in front of the camera! I always seem to mess up the script.
So, with this AI method, I can write a script, maybe even let ChatGPT help, load the script, and minutes later have a video using my AI double.
One of our members, Learner8 (Makinde), posted today about protecting your identity in an AI world.
Even though it's scary how easy it is to do this, I'm going to try some Facebook Reels and see if additional website traffic can be generated using AI Howard.

I used ChatGPT to research various AI video creation platforms and found one that suited my purposes. Once I identified a suitable platform, I created a few videos using their free account, including one featuring AI Howard.
You can do the same: search AI video platforms, try a free account, and use their training to help you create videos that will help achieve your goals. I found it very easy to create AI Howard and a video using him.

I have no idea how you created this video, Howard, is a special software, I'm guessing so? I also see a lot of people, as in the picture below from Don, making themselves look like toddlers, once again, I have no idea how it's done.
Out of interest, if you created your video in the normal way, so for example you had your laptop and was sitting in your RV and filmed yourself, would that be quicker than using AI to achieve the same kind of thing?
Sorry for the questions, I'm just intrigued by how members make these videos, etc.

I guess watching the video will give you the clue . AI Howard tells you he "Teleported Back" to an RV which he owned 10 years ago. I guessa bit of learning will also help you to reach more people online. On Youtube you can find many examples on how to do that for free!

This is so cool! For what it's worth, I think if you ever decide to get on camera for real and mix it up with your AI double in general, you would do really well. You have a pleasant natural complexion and a warm voice, if that makes any sense. Lol. Overall, I really like where this is going for you! 😁

Hey Howard, great video! I’ve used HeyGen before it’s a pretty cool platform. I actually made a HeyGen video for my affiliate page where an AI assistant walks people through the site when they land on it. It worked great, but since it comes with a bit of a cost, I don’t use it much anymore. Still have access to it though, just in case!

The paid creator's monthly cost is $29, and I am considering it since it's an all-in-one video creation platform.
Thank you for sharing Howard it really is a great platform! For me, being up in Canada, I definitely have to watch what I pay for since those subscriptions can stack up fast, haha. That said, HeyGen and Pictory are still two of my favorites for sure they seem to put out some great stuff!

We have to watch the bottom line: marketing dollars out versus gains made due to usage. They do have an affiliate program that pays 20% which I might investigate if I use the paid version. That you like HeyGen as well helps in my decision to try the paid version for a month.

Hey Howard, this is seriously impressive, your AI avatar looks so realistic! I always thought these AI tools were just for making cartoon-style avatars, so it’s amazing to see how you used your actual photo with HeyGen. It really brings your digital double to life.
I’d love to know how long it took you to set everything up, from uploading your photo and background to generating your first video. When you uploaded your script, did you also provide a sample of your own voice, or does HeyGen use one of their built-in voices? The whole process looks so seamless in your video.

A few months ago I tried creatify.ai and it was very similar to HeyGen, but to create a custom avatar of yourself you needed the pay version. So I held off for a bit.
This week, I started looking again using my chatbot to assist in locating an AI video creation platform. It showed me several options comparing options with each software package. I chose Heygen because it offered to create AI Howard with the free trial version.
All it required was a good 2 - 5 minute video of myself that had decent lighting and clear verbiage. I used a YouTube video I shot several years ago. All I had to do was upload the video to create AI Howard. It took a few minutes. It used my voice from the video as well as the background from the original video.
Once that was created, I typed a script in the software asking it to use AI Howard. The video I uploaded here took less than five minutes to create.

I never would have guessed you could use an old YouTube video to create such a lifelike avatar, and the fact that it picked up both your voice and background is really impressive. I appreciate the tip about the free trial with HeyGen too. I’m definitely going to give this a try (now to find a video where I’m not hiding behind a coffee mug!).

I will share more as I continue with HeyGen. I am going to try the paid version for a month and promote a specific AM model and see how it performs and if it's worth the $29/month.
