So,I have been usingwordpress.org and trying to make it look pretty. I need advice. I'm ready to give up until today when I got an email that said their company approved me as a wholesaler. Will it be better for me to use word press.com and their pre-made templates?

If you have a lot of time to spare and can invest effort into a custom template, it's better. But if you don't, you can either hire someone to do it for you, or use the pre-made templates until you can have a custom one. Many wordpress templates are good.
