Okay so here's what been happening in the last few weeks:
1. Started a twitter account and have 110 followers in 3 days.
2. my stats--went from an average of being listed 126th in google to 95th last month, on average (i only installed google analytics last month so that's all the data I have). I've had my site for almost 4 months, so moving on up, slowly but surely (and I do have a few posts on the 2nd page of google and the first page of bing!)
3. A MAJOR kitchen appliance manufacturer reached out to me based on one of my posts and asked if I'd like to be an affiliate for them; they don't offer this through 'normal' routes so...I feel special :) Another affiliate has sent me free product to review. They retweeted my tweet and the post that reviewed their product jumped to the number one post on my site in 10 minutes!!!!!!

4. I have 15 people on my mailing list--the sumome one that "pops up" on my site and an additional 20 people who have requested to be notified every time I blog.
5. I have an average of 950 page views a month this past month.
6. I have still only earned about $10 through amazon but that's okay--the other numbers are going up and this one will too!
7. I have earned $35 through WA referrals!
I am looking at this as baby steps in the right direction--and I will get to where I want to be eventually!!
