Google Authorship - Structured Data Errors
Recently, I have been adding authorship to new sites and ran into a barrier. When testing the structured data, my authorship was not displaying. What made things worse, was that my main site was not linking either. I checked my SEO to see if the info there was correct - which it was. Also, my contributor sites were all listed on google+. Couple of hours I tried adjusting things with no joy.
Eventually, I found the fault. My contributor status was set for my eyes only - one little change to PUBLIC brought everything back to life. I have no idea when this was changed. As I mentioned, everything worked fine in the past. So, if you have not used the structured data testing tool recently, it may be worthwhile giving it a go.

Go to your G+ Profile. Click on About and there is section called Links, if you go edit it there is Contributor to filed, add sites you contributor to there. Then go to http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets this tool and test couple of post ( do not check home page) and if there are any issues let us know

All mine are set to public, but maybe some other peoples are not, so it's just as well you mentioned it.

Can you be more specific? Are you talking about Google Authorship? You don't even need to worry about that anymore as Google discontinued that service.
