Advice from a Newby
Hey you guys,
I joined WA about a month ago. During this time I have passwed course no 4, and I have writen 10 posts.So far so good. I also read quite a few comments and/or reviews from mrmbers of our comunity about WA, and everybody seems to be of the opinion that WA is the best training program of the world, and I agrre asd far as the courses are concened.
However, with the suport I am less satisfied. Google Adsense rejiczed my website, and I asked suport for advice. They told me to contacz Google Adsense, because they cpuld help me better. Unfortunately this wasn't true. They told me to change the language on my site from english to german. I am a German, but I work on the Amercan market.
I exerenced a problem with my website, and I was told to go to "premiumWP,and gave me the link. PremiumWP did noit even response to my question.
I asked suport whether I could exchange the malfunktioning theme into another one without losing the content of the old one. Answer: "Yes you can, but you have to backup the old one first". Great! Unfortunately I don't have a clue how to make a backup of my site.
Now my advice:If you get useless answers from suport on your question, type the same question into your browser of Google, and you will find six or more articles which tells you not only how to solve your problem, but give you advices step by step how to do it. These articles are made up for dummies, and are much more useful then what you get from suport at WA.

sorry you had problems with adsense we dumped it as it put stuff on our site that did not pertain to our niche and it slowed our speed down to about half and they never gave us any help with problems it said we could pick what we wanted on the site "not", We got fifteen ads that had no content and had nothing to do with our site content. so live and learn and move on
Thanks for sharing your experience. Haven't gone down the Google Adsense path yet, but given I am also using a foreign language this is something to note before starting.

It's tough when your run up against problems and especially one with language.
There is some great training here on backing up your website. I followed it and had no trouble.
I hope you finally get things running smooth. I have always found people very helpful here.

I get frustrated too. Not about the same things or necessarily WA, but as a fellow newbie I feel your pain. Good luck.
Well first of all WA support can't help you if Google adsence rejects your site. That's not there problem, I had a site rejected because it was gambling and against the terms of service. But my main site got approved. Wealthy affiliate support is for help with your website and not from Google and so on
It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience with siteSupport. The have always been good to me.

Thank you for your post.I am so sorry you never got the support you expected, but please do not give up.
I think everything boils down to perception, i.e. how you view things. Is the glass half full or half empty. I have been rejected by a number of affiliate programs because of firstly my geographical location (I come from a country with a lot of restrictions) and well my website is still new, BUT look I never let that pull me down. I will keep pushing forward and will build successful websites with the help of WA. The WA community has been very helpful and I believe if you keep going you will build a successful online business. All will be well.
