Progress update

So, I have only been a WA member for 7 days and I cannot believe all that I have accomplished. I have created a website, created content and have had the opportunity to interact with some amazing people within the WA community.

I offered feedback for one member's site and happened upon something simple, yet profound. He talked about a book in his post, and in that book it talked about fear and how fear can keep us reaching our potential. The book stated that "action eliminates fear". Simple, right?

I have dealt with fear my entire life. I always overthink and overanalyze things until I've convinced myself that it will never work, so why try?

Rewind 7 days from now. My birthday was on September 26th. I began reflecting and thinking, "there has to be more out there that I have just been too afraid of to allow me to take action on". The following day, I decided enough is enough and I signed up here at WA. I dove into the training and kept moving forward in hopes that I would not allow myself to talk myself out of it once more. What has taken place has been amazing!

The action I took not only silenced the fear and doubts that have plagued me through the years, but rather, have opened my eyes to talents and abilities I didn't even know I possessed. It has given me a drive and determination I lacked and more confidence in myself with every keystroke I make.

Do yourself a favor. As Nike said it so eloquently...JUST DO IT.

I am excited to keep the ball rolling and to interact with this fantastic community in the days, months and years to come.
