End of time still so much work!

24 hours is the time we all have in one day

5:30 am my older son has to get up for work, and I prepare his breakfast. He makes an internship to earn pocket money for his English-education-trip to Miami. After he left the house at 6:30 I awaken the youngest son to prepare him for school. 7:30 he leaves and my beautiful wife and I have a moment time to share thoughts...

Time flies quickly, and I have to leave for my counseling practice in the city. Over lunch I come home and for the later afternoon I am back in my practice. At 8:00 pm I usually return. Again time to share with my family and then I go downstairs in my office. First some reports for the practice and then the website project. Time flies quickly again, and it is 1:00 am and time to sleep.

My daily routine is a powerful rhythm, and although I am going to my limits, there is still so much to do. I consult my knowledge about less sleep and productivity, and I remember statements from scientists and also from very successful people and I have to agree to all what I remember.

  • Less sleep reduces the productivity
  • Less sleep can reduce the frustration tolerance
  • Make enough break times to refresh your mind

  • Live and work five years a strict routine to create an abundant living
  • Extend your limits and give more than anyone else would
  • There is always someone reaching out for success while you rest

As often in life the key is laying in the interpretation, and the flexible apply of these pieces of advice.

The larger the project, the greater the needed impact to make it run.

The website project where I'm extending my work to an online platform is massive. And this is the reason. The Priority of this project is that people can learn all entrepreneurial skills that are needed to be a successful entrepreneur.

All those skills that are the same important like this excellent education we receive here at Wealthy Affiliate to become good online marketers.

I definitely had to stretch the interpretations and was working from last Friday night until Monday evening 40 hours on this web-project. And this although we are three in the project plus one additional coder we pay for his work.

Summary

You need to keep a powerful work life balance and from time to time you have to break rules to create something outstanding.

The greater the project the more people you need to involve in your project. If you can not afford to involve other people then you either have to be more patient or you have to increase your performance. It must be much more than just leaving the comfort zone.

Training in all levels of entrepreneurship is needed to create a sustainable success.

Love, Martin

Seems like we have a never ending job. But,I look at it as an investment of my time to make others successful and listen to what they are about to do with their own business.

Investment as term is everytime related with revenues, otherwise, it is a help, a support or a donation but not an investment :-)
A very important difference when it comes to business...

What is it called if you just goofoff a lot then?

I would say it is simply goofing off... And I think to spend a monthly fee in a business platform just to goof off is not really wisely spend money. Helping people and supporting them to reach their dreams is also not just goofing off :-) I liked only to draw the difference between investment and help, support and so on... both is wonderful and they are two different things... ;-)

Thank you very much for coming into the discussion. I appreciate it very much.

Sounds familiar indeed.... :-)

I can imagine... so many do experience exactly this. The sad thing is they do it often only for the hope of earning money and never do...
I guess I will write a blog about that... ;-)

Indeed, this is a subject where some guidance would be very helpful... :-)
I am raised with the idea that you always have to work for 150% and I know that it is not good, but it is hard to learn new habits...

Never stop working towards your goal.

Sleep is as important as your work.

To live longer everything in moderation.

My uncle was a Doctor.

He told me at a funeral that he was doing too much work etc. and must slow down.

3 months later at his funeral he was not 50 years old. Tom.

You're so right... My grandfather was a doctor as well :-) And as therapist I should know it also exactly ;-)

Great points and like 2AI I can relate as well. Seems I am working all the time now that I have begun this journey. But this time, it is for me and for helping others along the way. No longer working for someone else to achieve all the success! That makes a huge difference in what we are and are not able to do.

Glad to hear things and you web project is going well. Best wishes,

Ron

That is great to hear Ron!
Thank you for your concern about my web project. I will inform you when it is definitely ready to visit ;-)

Thanks for the share, this is good reading and a reminder to push push push but also rest and revitalise.

Hi Clare,
thank you for your comment. As I could read in your profile you are also a person who knows how to take action on your goals... Great to meet you here in my blog...

Cheers, Martin

I have discovered that time seems to go by much faster since I retired. Seems with retirement comes the two day week; Friday & Sunday! Lol. Not sure were the rest of the weeks goes.

Hahahah... that is cute...
Actually, time is only an illusion but a very tricky one... :-)

I'm retired and there still doesn't seem to be enough time to do everything...or perhaps it's just me slowing down!

We have a saying here. "The really busy people are those who are retired"... Great to hear that you make your life full of events...
