The Best Must-Have Plugin

So I do a lot of comment-exchanging on this site, well mostly lately - and I get a lot of people asking me what plugin I use for my site.
Basically, when people post a comment they get the choice get notified of new posts my email and to get notified of follow-up comments by email.
This is really helpful, especially when you start getting more and more comments, people will tick the boxes more and every new blog post you'll eventually build up an audience who all get notified of new articles you post, allowing additional "free" traffic.
The plugin is called "Jetpack by Wordpress.com". Not only that feature, but I believe there's around a total of 28 features available to use completely free.
