6. Body Language - reading situation –

18. Fearful/defensive person folds hands, crosses legs or both.
19. Palms up shows no threat, palms down shoes authority.

21. Person with Positive signs, pleasing smile on face will help.
22. Keep comfortable distance, don’t enter personal zone.
23. Respond with a nod, smile or a frown.
24. Have an animated face; make smiling a regular part of your regular drama. Make sure you flash your teeth.
25. Give the amount of eye contact that makes everyone feel comfortable. Mirror BL of others. If you give smile, you get a smile.
26. Child covers lips while telling a lie.
27. Tall person should sit while giving presentation to a person..
28. One time seeing, is worth a thousand times hearing - Chinese proverb.
29. First impression is last impression. You don’t get second chance to make first impression.
30. If you are surrounded by miserable, unhappy people, you are also likely to mirror their expressions and become depressed. Smiling and laughing faces can actually affect our nervous system better.
