Time to take a step back
I have decided to take a step back. I found myself thinking, "Am I that dense?" I have always thought of myself as an intelligent person but, I can't seem to stay on track.
So, I asked myself, "How can I get back on track?" Regroup & focus on the tasks at hand was the answer.
Like I said to someone last night, " Information overload= C.R.S.(can't remember squat)!"
How do you learn? By taking notes & paying attention! I have my notebook in hand and I am now starting my classes over. I think, maybe down the road somewhere, this important step will help me tremendously & someone else.
I will continue to share my WA links on the Great World Wide Web in the mean time.
I do want to make my business the best it can be & something I can take pride in!
My new Motto: Slow & Easy = Smooth Sailing!

When I first did the lessons, I was paying so much attention to following directions that I had to go back and reread/listen to the lessons so that I actually got the reasons we had taken the steps!
I totally understand how you feel. I felt the same way a bout a week ago.
With all the new information we soak up on a daily bases, we do need time to let it digest.
We are all journeying at our own pace and that's fine because the only real important thing here is consistency.
Much success to you, look forward to seeing your progress.

That is a good plan of action, we all have our strengths and I have to take it slowly for I am most certainly not tech minded, sometimes I go over one lesson a couple of times before moving on, I am also trying to improve my site create more content and working on a new banner, wish you every success, just keep at it
Great Blog makes a lot of sense to step back there is so much to learn here can get information overload very quickly. I myself have done almost all the getting started lessons and built one site and also made changes to my current site but since reading this I am going back over this information and taking notes this time thanks again
Thanks for taking time to read it. I want to be able to help others but, I want to do it right. Thanks again degan2014

I've done the same. I built a couple of siterubix sites for practice and am just starting the lessons all over again with my 'real' site. Could no longer remember which boxes to tick and which not to tick etc..... and it all makes so much more sense the second time around :-)
It can seem very overwhelming at first. But, I was there once and I also had to just take a step back. Matter of fact a few steps. What I did was follow the training and then be sure that I understood each lesson before I moved on. If I can do this then anyone can do this. Honestly. Best Wishes to You!
Thank-you for the reply. That's why I said I was starting the training over. Thank-you for the follow & I am now a follower of yours.

Sometimes it is better to take it slow and easy, (I do) I retain things better.
Sometimes I seem to have so much to do I get overwhelmed and then
have to take time out.......
