Hi.
"User Testing" is a service that provides feedback on your site, from a real "user" and it is TOTALLY FREE!
They, of course, hope you will eventually pay for more of their services, but to show you how it works, they give you a Totally Free 5-minute video of a random user, looking at your site and making comments about it. How it looks, is it interesting, what does the site make you want to do (i.e. where to click), and things like that.
I found it very useful. And free. No credit card, just an email needed.
And, spoiler alert: I thought someone was going to be blown away with how great my little site was, and, they had Nothing good to say about it! But, I picked up tons of valuable information from what they didn't like about it!
Try it. Nothing to lose, and lots of useful feedback to gain.
