Saturday Night Fever - Blog, Facebook, Twitter and More

After a very interesting week full of writing, reading, and oh...let me not forget to mention the bladder spasms that sent me to the ER (fun I know)...I am still glued to this laptop, engulfed in my online business development.

Today I spent several hours troubleshooting an issue with the style sheet in my WordPress template. Each time I added content to a new post, the words were not breaking properly when one line rolled into a new line. Turns out that I needed to go into "Editor" and correct a few lines that said "break-all" and instead change to "normal". I could not find the answer in any posts listed on WA but a quick Google search lead me to www.css-tricks.com which is where I found the solution to my problems.

I'm happy to say that I was finally able to create my first post with pictures might I add! Furthermore, I created a business page on Facebook, and revamped an old Twitter page that had been idle for the past two years.

The only thing missing right now is a glass of wine (my house is fresh out of wine this weekend). But I will settle for this fantastic glass of cranberry juice!

Cheers!

Kari

Awesome job! You go girl! Come the end of this week I hope to be as far as you. I'm very close but still have a little ways to go. Cheers to you! Having a Summer Shandy for all my accomplishments this week, one for you as well :-)

Hope you get to feeling better really soon! You are much braver than I. Changing the CSS coding would terrify me! I guess programming is not my thing. That's why I'm glad that WordPress does most of that for me automatically.

Don't overwork and make yourself sick again Emergency rooms are no fun!

Thanks Pat! Yes, I prefer not to have to mess around with coding...but sometimes a girl has to roll up her sleeves and get a little dirty to fix the problem :)

And yes, I'm going to relax and watch a movie with my cranberry juice in about 10 minutes lol.

Thanks again! :)

Thanks Kyle! I'm getting there...one step (or sometimes three steps) at a time!

Nothing wrong with taking 3 steps at a time, or even on occasion, taking a few steps back.
