I would say learn some code today!
It may seem daunting at to think about trying to learn a language that only computer speak. But really when you jump feet first it's not much different from learning how to build a website just time, research and dedication.
Starting out there's no need to know everything about programming or to even learn it all at once. I've just searched as I needed it. Typing a question into the google search bar can give me an idea of what I'm looking for to help my website run more smoothly and efficiently.
I'm sure you've noticed by now there is a plugin in for everything. Many of them being really simple pieces of code.
Programmers know that most people do not want to deal with learning something new so by building a plug-in to do a certain simple task gives them an opportunity to promote products and services.
And if you've found yourself downloading all these different kinds of plugins there may be a couple extra step that you would otherwise not have to take like having to update whenever it asks you. As well as making your site to run slowly taking longer to load. Which is very bad when trying to attract new users.
And with a little background understanding you can easily avoid a lot of unnecessary downloads
This is all not to say that there aren't many, many great and helpful plugins out there. Just a few good reasons to start learning the languages of computers.
So if your just starting out and you're planning on doing this for the long haul I highly recommend jumping in. It will be very useful. And it's never too late to start if you already been working on your site for some time now.

I am so old I remember writing code in Fortran. lol. Coding is kinda like learning a new language. Thank goodness for plug-ins. Great post.
No problem it's by no mean necessary to learn in order to become a successful marketer. I've found it to be helpful.
Yes, it was helpful but it was over my head that's all. That is good that I don't have to learn about codes because that would confuse me too much. Thank you for your kind words I really appreciate that so very much.

That's funny because I think it was you who told me to go to w3school.com to learn more about the programming languages (: I did and so far I'm pretty comfortable with copy and paste html. LOL

yeah I definitely recommend getting at least a basic understanding of programming it has made a few simple things less frustrating

We plan to take a coding course. In the meantime, we have learned quite a bit already. It's actually very interesting.
