I have totally confused myself and I don't know what any of these codes go to anymore even though I put them there. I'm sure I have duplicated some and screwed some other up. Can anyone help decipher this for me? Please

I know I have added codes for Google Adsense (maybe twice) and Google Analytics and G4, and Google Search Console (maybe, I'm not sure)
in that case you need do nothing....
you can goto your search console accountand see whether you are verified...if not then you have more work to do - if yes then do nothing else...
or even better to check you have your analytics - goto settings>>ownership verification and click on the google analytics one and if it verifies then you know that you have added your analytics code correctly....
don't add things twice as this can confuse the analytics and adsense - so make sure you know where you have added them
