I just found out today that twitter has a analytic tool. You can find it here https://analytics.twitter.com/user/ your user name/home
Just put your twitter user name in where I typed "your user name"
It's an awesome tool that lets you know how your tweets are doing for each month, how many new followers, your impressions, profile visits and mentions.
I also found out that you can pin whatever tweet you want to your page. To do this Click Home at the top of your main Twitter profile page. Then click tweets. Next find the tweet that you want to pin. Then click the 3 dots... Next to *Favorites. Click Pin profile. The dots are located right Next to Star*Favorite.
Now go retweet some tweets of your followers or just some tweets you like and chances are good they will retweet something of yours and your pinned tweet is what they will find first.
