Google console showing weird things

In my google console I have 2 warnings. The both are for high response time. The first is my home page which has been fine up until now. The second one is for http://creatingaclutterfreemind.com/tag/you-life which is not the title to a page of mine. Where did it come from? Is there something I am doing wrong to create a page like this?

High response time means that an image could be making your site load slow, check your page speed in webmaster tools.
I would recommend using a tool like tinypng if you don't know about it.
Here is some training on it. Images, Site Speed, Theme As for the one that is not the title of your site, someone could have been searching for a tag in your site.
So how do I fix it if it's not a real page?
