My First Month at WA is Almost Complete
Having joined on 1 July 2015 it is a date to easily remember as the monthly anniversaries pass by.
What Have I Learnt in my First Month?
I am impressed with all I have discovered on offer here at Wealthy Affiliate. Much more than I first realised. I really like that lots of the training is both video and written so it suits both visual and audio... which I personally like ... to see AND read the information.
I have discovered such a warm and welcoming community of a diverse range of people from right around the world ... all with the same or similar goal of success online.
I have learnt that I am a little challenged to put myself out there and so I need to address this and do it anyway!
My progression in the training is slower than I would like ... it is easy to get sidetracked by all the blogs and trainings shared by others... which are inspiring ... but make me conscious that I need to plan my time better to move forward with the training and not get distracted.
I have learnt that I am mightily impressed with what Carson and Kyle have achieved in the past 10 years and am so happy to be here... also that I can confidently promote and share this affiliate training with anyone who wants to achieve more in their life.
Finally I have learnt that I have a secret goal to earn the Las Vegas Super Affiliate Conference!! So I best get back to the training so I can learn more on how to achieve this!
Thank you to each and everyone who has welcomed me and answered my queries. You are ALL appreciated!!
Rosie

My progression is slow to however it is still progression and it is better to take your time and understand the process you will get there
WA can sometimes be addictive, lol. The trick is to stay focused which can be very challenging. :)) I think I am also pretty slow. Thanks for sharing, Rosie. :))
Hi, Rosie! Congrats on your one month here. (I am a week behind you!) Really enjoyed reading your post, and I could relate to so much of it. -- especially, the "sidetracked" part!!! :)
Awesome Rosie, good to hear that you are progressing and loving the training and support here at WA. Rock on...
Hi Rosie
Were you just a little bit sceptical when you came here that all this was available to you.....what do you think now and do you think that anybody else who looked at us would think the same thing?
Mark
Hi Rosie
What an interesting and heart felt post, really enjoyed reading it. So many things happening here it is hard at times to keep focused. It is onr of the issues that I face. I try not to worry about it and just do something each day
Alexander
Hi Alexander, Thank you for your lovely comments on my blog. It is always nice to know that others have the same challenges we do. I like your goal to do something each day. Consistency is key.
Wishing you the success here you desire...
Rosie
Hi Rosie . It is easy to get sidetracked here .
You learn something new every day?
It is such a great community.
Your blog was great .

Rosie
Rosie,it's a beautiful community, isn't? You will do just fine. I am working full time and progressing slowly too, don't worry about it,just go with your own pace and help is always available.
Hi Milla,
Thank you for reading my first blog. I can imagine working full time means progressing more slowly... we just need to acknowledge that we ARE making progress ... and it's not a race ... so long as we are taking the steps and staying focused! Wishing you the best!
Smiles...
Rosie
Nice blog. Don't worry about being slow as you are not. Most of us get sidetracked on here as there is so much to see and learn. You can get a lot of inspiration from others. Keep on going as you are set yourself some stepping stone or milestone toward your goal and i'm sure you will get there
Thanks Wolfie ... you are my first comment on my first blog!
Glad to know I'm not the only one to get sidetracked!!
Smiles ...

Hi Rosie, Welcome to WA. Thanks for the follow. As regard to "sidetrack" reading blogs, that is exactly what happen to me but anyway, I take it as a learning process though I am now repeating courses from the start as I now have a logo for my two sites - one free and one with own domain, starting the training all over again makes sense as well 'cos this time I am implementing all the task one by one in practical term. It took me a long time to get my niche. The reason being that I have never ever got involved in business my whole life - though I seem to have a lot of ideas overflowing, most of them seem to be not monetizeable(? correct english?). I also need to read a lot of blog posts as I am not a native English speaker - I need to learn through reading these blogs. Just sharing my part of WA experience, so you can have other perspective as well.
