Now I did write this one the other day.. but it would not publish - So better late that never I say!
So what did I learn from Lesson One? Stop, slow down and just read the instructions... I hear it so often yet I just tend to jump right in, and only when all else fails read the instructions right? I am sure I picked up that bad habit from my hubby with all those DIY projects!!
So I have gone back to my profile and added a bit more about me.... I have added a few more pics of me, the hubby and the family (except me taking the photo) climbing a large rock at Devils Marbles in the Northern Territory Australia (now that was an awesome 4 week break).

So, I will now get up and stretch, check the letterbox, grab a cuppa and be ready to dive into the next lessons.
And yes, speaking from experience sitting at the computer all day IS NOT HEALTHY, so you do need to make the time to stop, stand, stretch, keep up the fluids (helps keep away the headaches), and don't forget healthy snacks from time to time.
