Getting ranked in google...the bane of my existence
I finally have my site set up the way I want, where I can add posts to my pages. However, I think the way I have it set up may be affecting my ranking in google.
My pages are 'categories', so I assign each post a categorie and it adds them in order to the correct page; which is a category on my menu bar.
Would I be better off making my categories pages again, then using a sub domain for each post I want to add to that page and a category? And using a category side bar for folks who come back wanting to find more info.

I know this is actually a question, but it was too long but put in the question area. And this really is the bane of my existence so far. On top of that I got rejected by google adsense for not enough content. I have more content to add, but I'm wondering if my website set-up is adverstly affecting adsense approval.

I had the same question! Did it help to switch your categories to pages? Your website looks really nice now. Are you getting better rankings now?
If you're talking about converting posts to pages, or vice versa, you may lose your social network shares and likes. This is from experience, I lost mine and I didn't like it.
I argued with myself over this in the beginning, too. I ended up using "blank" pages across the top as labels and moving posts into drop-down menus. Just looking at your website, that is looking look so far. but I would suggest in keeping it simple and try to attract attention to particular blogs in your home page. Rather than having Bonnie's Blog, that should be your home page as it offers clients of yours to see whether you are still online.
Just to let you know that your site is looking good! Keep up the good work, try and get it done and revise later. Think back to the Certification Course, when you are writing try to keep in mind in what Kyle or your mentor is trying to help you. Think back to this tutorial:

And get a great keyword, for your article before write a post. Remember to more content you write, the more your website won't look like you have just started.
