In our everyday lives put God first no matter what be firmed and stand to your faith, because only our God creator can stand to us till the end.
Everybody change and everything will change but HIS love to us will never change. He treats us fair 7and equally. Maybe HE puts us in test to find ourselves. But HE never gives you something which you can't resist and can't find solution. HE is wise and give clues, but it's up to you how will you deal it.
YOUR PARTNER (HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND/ GIRLFRIEND)
Sometimes we can't predict what happened to our lives. All you thought the person you've trusted everything is the one who broke your heart for first.
Doing things in our lives we need to limit, even the closest person in our lives. All things in this world are not permanent, that's why we need to enjoy our lives to the fullest every single second. Don't let your life be driven by anyone.
Having a relationship with someone need respect, trust and faith. If this three factors are not present to your RELATIONSHIP to your partner, certainly this will not work at all.
Show your partner he's worthy no matter who he is and what he had. No matter what will be his weakness and what he can provide for you.
Make your place be his comfort zone. Never compare to anyone, because every individual is unique.
Be the first to know what's happening to his life and what he needs his daily routine. Never put him in fault what his relatives done against you.
The true relationship invest his time, caring, prioritize and never sacrifice to anything else, never cheat, give some words of appreciation, put him first in your life before money and influence.
Therefore, every partners' RELATIONSHIP works out if you have trust, faith, respect and love each other.
WORK
At work there should be a harmony between superior and subordinates in order to have an efficient result of the team's work.
Superior must give his word of appreciation to his subordinates every single accomplishment done if he wants a good result. Motivates them in positive way to inspire them to do their job well. Never show them an under estimation what they can give to the company. Make them comfortable in the work place.
Making work in all aspects there should be a peace of mind. And the most and for most never use military discipline in the work place. Maybe subordinates may afraid but not respecting you If this happen. This things may apply in our daily lives, to our kids and family too. Never adopt military discipline in order to follow you.
Spend time and focus to the subject for efficient work.
Having a good result must respect, trust and have faith for each other.
WA would applicabile too when it comes to spending time, focus and trust the process.

Can't get anywhere in a relationship without the aspect of LOVE. Many have failed because they don't know what true love is. Learning what it is and applying is a never-ending circle that is always changing. Great post.
