Okay, so two months in.

Well, two months in now folks and it has been an interesting journey so far, some highs and some lows.

It was a big decision to 'have a go' at this internet marketing and something I have tried to get going on and off for a few years, but there never seemed to be time or more importantly the help and advice like what is available here at WA.

So, after a few days on here even as a confirmed sceptic I was finding myself signing up for Premium membership and geared up for the long haul into affiliate marketing with the goal of making a few shackles and supplementing my regular income, and the possible move into full time online marketing.

The highs have been most certainly getting a website up and running, with a few glitches on the way, as in having to dump my initial theme and running with a new one, with all the trauma that goes with that operation as I had posted what I thought was quite a lot of good stuff, the thought of redoing it all wasn't a good one!

The lows are when you are checking your Google analytics and the numbers are not as high as you would like, so you post more content, the graph goes down instead of up etc etc!

But I completely understand it is a long process and things take time to build, the followers will come, my posts are getting rankings on Google slowly but surely, it took me a while to implement proper keyword strategy and I am still a way to go on that to fully benefit, but I am getting there.

I have twitter up and running, Pinterest, Facebook accounts, so all in all pretty much sorted on the social media front, some I like more than others and regular posting is order of the day.

So I guess I am in a good place after a couple of months, thanks to everyone on here for the help, advice and general big welcome, it is appreciated and I hope I am here in a year to report on so much more.
