I have finally realized the power of connecting my Mind, Body and Spirit in order to move forward of achieving my goals and desires. For me, without this understanding, life's unwanted circumstances, events and situations will most definitely get in the way. It is inevitable. However, I have developed techniques that are crucial to experiencing a magical and amazing life deep within. The creation of a rock solid foundation is the divine order key to my success ... The purpose of creating this Mind. Body and Spirit blog is because of knowing how it is imperative I am mentally, physically and emotionally well-balanced in order to experience an unspeakable connection (Unconditional Love) with my dog. I have been able to clearly identify my wonderful dog's personality in a short time. As I observe some people with their dogs, often times I am able to immediately recognize how out of balance people appear to be without the human and animal connection.
