I need to send email with larger attachments with video content. How can I set that?

Put your video on YouTube and set it to Unlisted. Then include a link to the video URL in your message

There's no need to send a video via email. You can put the video on YouTube then embed it in a post on your website and include the link to the post in the email.

This requires server space that site support can engineer!

Possibly do it another way.........put a link in your e-mail to your website and do it there. Do you have a YouTube channel?

I don't think it would matter, would it Trish? A video is a video, as long as he has properly credited it? Linking first to his website though drives people there which is actually what we are trying to make happen.
