I am a premium member since the 17th July 2020 and my Jaaxy account is still saying upgrade and I’m unable to use it, the existing freebies is finished so I’m unable to use it. Asking for help. Thank you.

I believe you are clicking on "Site Rank" from "Research" on the left hand column insead of selecting "My Keyword Lists" after you select "Research" and it takes you to the Jaaxy website to search for your "Site Rank." It is showing the "Upgrade for More Scans." They just want you to purchase more info. You probaby want to view both at some point. But you DON'T want to do this. Instead, start with a keyword search.

For your keyword search, do this...

1.) From WA, go to Research on the left hand column.
2.) When a box pops up, there is a place to enter a keyword to
have it search at the very top.
3.) Enter your key word here and click the blue search icon.
4.) Then look at the bottom when it comes up with a search and click the blue rectangle, "View Full Report on Jaaxy."
5.) It will take you to the Jaaxy website.

Or this is longer but you can get there this way...

1.) From WA, go to Research on the left hand column.
2.) click, "My Keyword Lists."
3.) Enter your key word here and click the blue search icon.
4.) It may not bring up anything, or it might. Either way...
5.) Look at the bottom and click the blue rectangle, "View More Lists on Jaaxy."
6.) It will take you to the Jaaxy website.
7.) Look on the 2nd banner across this website, and click on "Keywords."
8.) Type in your keyword and click blue the "Find Keywords."
9.) It should pop up a list for you.

And, there is one thing I am having to do that they didn't mention on the training video. I have to click on the "Get QRS" and "Search" hyperlinks once I have done my keyword search. Otherwise it doesn't show the stats numbers.

I did went into my account and still saying have to upgrade not sure what to do.

Where is it saying this? In WA or Jaaxy?

It is saying it in Jaaxy. What I’m talking about is my account has not upgraded to premium which should happen the minute I upgrade, right?

Hi Elodie,

When you click on the J Research tab on the left (under your profile picture) you should be able to use Jaaxy Lite which fives you unlimited keyword search.

If you want to log in to Jaaxy outside WA account, you should log in with the same email address and password that you use for your WA account.
