For the last 2 months I have been waiting to get paid ( "Your next pay check") the $233.00 owed to me. I get no responses. Can you please pay me this money to my PayPal account on February 1st? You took the Premium Membership payment from this account on Jan 3rd. I think it is time I got paid. Please respond. Hello there,
Are these earnings from affiliate sales here at WA or from earning cash credits (such as becoming a Certified Commentor)?

Click on the $ coin looking icon up top and select My Stats. Scroll to the bottom and make sure the correct PayPal account is entered. Set your payment threshold and save your changes.

Click on your profile picture in the upper-left and select Credit Dashboard. Use the Exchange Credits for Cash slider to cash out any cash credits you have and click Exchange.

You should be paid on the 1st of the month.

Do they actually pay the exchanged cash credit because I exchanged my cash credits to cash out and it has still not been paid. I did stop being a premium member between mid December last year till 3rd of January this year and I was wondering if that was the reason I wasn’t paid because I cashed out before my subscription expired and assumed even if I wasn’t subscribed my earnings would still be paid to me.

This was supposed to be my first earnings from wealthyaffiliate but it turns out I wasn’t paid.

I'm not sure about that one...your best bet is to reach out to Kyle directly and ask him about it. It may have been messed up by the cancellation/renewal but that's just a guess.

As you can imagine, being the 2 founders, they are a bit slammed. You're almost better off keeping an eye in Live Chat. Kyle was here just yesterday and I see Carson pop in from time to time. If you catch them there you'll usually get a quicker response.

He pops on from time to time. I actually didn't know the difference between Site Comments and Site Feedback when I started here and I got myself locked out of the tool completely by getting too many rejections. Once I figured out my error, I caught Carson in Live Chat, explained my error and that i now knew the difference and asked him to reinstate me. He did it in less than 5 minutes.
