My question is:

Which affiliate network should I choose to apply for MS affiliate program?

I'm asking, because there are plenty of choices on their site, and one of the options is Rakuten Linkshare. I am already registered as a publisher there, so it seems logical and convenient to me to choose it, but Microsoft suggests this for US and Canada. I live in Russia, and for Russia MS suggests I choose Zanox, with which I'm not familiar at all.

Is it OK to still choose Rakuten for me?
