Giving your readers 'an experience'

Since the coffee shops reopened after lockdown, a couple of the ones I go to, have been using disposable cups and putting food into carry out dishes.

I absolutely hate this, so i passed a remark to a member of staff in one of them about the environmental impact, to cover the real reason being that I thought it was dreadful customer service. She told me that they had less staff, but they would probably be using proper cups shortly. This did nothing to help how I felt, as I now know that the owner isn't bringing in all his staff, probably in an attempt to increase profits under the guise of Covid 19.

One of the main reasons why the current set up bugs me, is because I don't go there because I am thirsty and dehydrated. As that is highly unlikely to ever be the case in this climate. No, I go to enjoy the sit down, the watching passerby's, the ambiance and enjoy the experience.

It is therefore no different for us. When we write a blog we must give the reader an experience! We need to suck them in and make them feel enriched from their visit to our site and want to return again.
