I have a confession

I have a confession to make. Don't panic ! Nothing illegal.

About 8 or 9 years ago. I joined Wealthy Affiliate and I hated it. I didn't last more than 2 weeks before I just quit doing anything with it. I hated the website. I hated the community and I hated trying to make a Wordpress website.

Now I love Wealthy Affiliate!!! ….. So what changed?... A LOT! … Bare with me while I explain.

Back then, I was angry with life. I was broke and in debt up to my ears and I hated my job. I was looking for someone or something to magically take me away from all this. I wanted someone to either give me the correct numbers to win the lottery or give me a website ready made that I didn't have to fool with that was sitting on page one of Google and all I had to do was keep walking to the mail box to collect my fortune.

Well after a few years. I left that bad job and retired and have been lucky enough to get myself out of debt once I got my mind straight. I am enjoying life very much now.

So what does this have to do with Wealthy affiliate?

Well during these past 8 years or so. I have still spent lots of time on the internet just searching for anything to entertain myself and at least once or twice a day, an ad or Youtube video would pop up about joining Wealthy Affiliate. In the past I simply hit the back button or forward button to leave the ad or video. Do you know how many hundreds of times that has popped up in 9 years. I can't count that high

So a couple of weeks ago, in a week moment. I decided to watch the Wealthy Affiliate video all the way through. Seems a lot had changed from what I remembered. I decided to do the 7 day trial and was amazed at how easy things were to do and how easy it was to work through setting up the Wordpress website. I got farther this time in 3 days then I did 9 years ago in 2 weeks. The training Kyle was giving me was awesome. Then the community started following me and giving me such encouragement it was unreal.

What can I say.... I am hooked!!!... Just upgraded to premium yesterday and already purchased my personal website. It surely isn't complete but now I know which way to go thanks to Kyle and Carson.

It is evident that a person will, only do something to further their place in life, when they are ready.

I was ready.
