hagstf makes a good point. Sometimes live chat can be hit or miss. But it really helps if you can be as specific as possible with your question.
Also, you can always private message me for help.

When asking a question on live chat or anywhere else in WA it is best to clearly state the exact problem you are having or what you need help with.
Please also try not to abbreviate. If someone has to try and interpret what you mean, most likely they won't bother.
Sometimes live chat moves fast so if you don't get a reply then post your question just like you did here.

I have had this happen to a couple of times and I have had answers a couple of times. I honestly think it is so busy in there that sometimes it goes by too fast for someone to see. But I have had more success in getting help asking in the search through a classroom. Also by asking of the people I follow or that follow me. I personally want to let you know if you contact me I will do my best to answer or guide you in a direction. Just click on my picture and go to my profile and ask. I will see it and do my best to help you.

I'm sorry you've not had luck so far. Occasionally it happens, and it's happened to me before, but way more times than that I've been given a tonne of helpful answers. I think sometimes it depends on who is in the chat and if they feel they know enough to help you out.
Facebook?
Well I dunno about actual Facebook per se experts, but there are plenty of folks here experienced at FB ads and the like, all social media really and I believe there are trainings on it.

Hi Gary! Just like everything else, it do take time for certain thongs to happen instantaneously. I we all encountered the same delay in getting answered. But don't fret, pretty soon it will fall right in place.
I have been here a year now. And sometimes I try to join live chat, and nothing happens.
Next time introduce yourself, by name. That's it!
And just wait!
If nothing happens try it again.

Hello Everyone, Gary here!

After some time, Google will allow you to customize your URL, so it's not a string of numbers. I think it took about a month for mine.
Are you after your link to share with other people on G+? If so, you click on "Profile" within G+, then copy that URL to share.
What you have here is just a link to the main G+, not your profile.

Hi Gaz,
Content Clicks are clicks to your own content pages here at WA - not your Wordpress sites. So your WA blogs, training, questions, etc. Unfortunately, I don't believe there is a way to profile who these clicks have come from, but they could be fellow members here at WA, or others outside of WA who have found your WA content via search engines, for example.
But like I say, these stats have nothing to do with the websites you create or host here.
