WA has gone to the DOGS!
I hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was busy but good because I might have an opportunity to make some extra money, thanks to my dog.
In my town there's a local organization that takes in homeless pets and finds them new homes. On Saturday they had a clinic for people to take their dogs in for shots and/or a nail trimming for very low prices. $10 for registration, $10 for a rabies vaccination, $10 for distemper shot, and $5 to get nails trimmed. That's pretty doggone good if you ask me.
Anyway, while we were waiting in line, they made an announcement that they were looking for someone to make a website for them, and they would pay. So, I threw my hat in the ring.
At this point, all I know is that they already have a site, but they want a new one with some content taken from the old one. Once the site is done, it will need to be updated just once a week.
I don't know how many others expressed interest, but I'll be contacting someone later today for more details. I'm not worried much about the pay since it'll be for a good cause. And who knows, if I end up doing this, maybe it will lead to other opportunities.
Keeping my fingers crossed!

That is great - and even better when it also for a great cause.
Do you have knowledge about how to reuse content from one website to rebrand another without googling seeing it as copy content? And also insight into others aspects that is necessary for local marketing? Because if you have some knowledge and experience in that field I have some questions as I will soon be in a similar situation where I need to reuse content to make a new website. So would be great if you could help with some experience:-)
Feel free to send me a PM to discuss it further.
Thanks,
Mikael
