Hello :)

I know I know it's been awhile since my last blog on here, my apologies for bring absent but it's been with good reason.

Firstly my wife as some of you will know is less than a month away from giving birth to our third child ( this is the last one by the way, at 44 yrs old I think it's time to stop lol ). I do love being a dad though.

Secondly I have been working furiously on my first book and getting it ready for submission with the chance of winning a contract. Phew ( wipes brow as he writes moment ).

Lastly I've been doing lots of research with many ideas for training.

So this week I took a week off work and just spent it with my family doing nothing but be a dad and a husband leaving evertthing else to rest including myself. The next part of this year is going to be frenetic and fruitful.

Always remember to be kind to yourselves after all this is why we do everything we do, for us and and ourloved ones.
