Stepping back for awhile to absorb things.

Hello Everyone

I just wanted to reach out and say that I am still finding things very overwhelming, so I have naturally laid back for a bit and re-group. I work 12 hour days and I don't get a lot of time to spend on these sort of things. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue due too several concussions I have had over the years. I more than anyone out there would love to be able to be financially independent . But my health is more important and I need to figure out how to make this work to my advantage. I am working on healing myself and things are getting better but I have to pace myself. My writing skills are not very good so writing articles are not easy for me. I am a very Technical thinker and expressing myself doesn't come that easy. Well in the meantime I will keep monitoring things hopefully pick things up soon enough.

WORK TO LIVE, not Live to Work

I definitely understand about taking step back and regrouping. I do that on a regular basis to keep from crashing and burning.

Love that last line- good motto to live by.

Excellent attitude. Shows you are serious about this and willing to take the time to do things right.

Hi Gary,
Stepping back and re-grouping has helped me so much in both technical field that has been my original profession background as well as my passion in the stock market and trading. I wish you the best of health and success.

Hi Gary, you have some great suggestions below. :)

Also, have you ever tried journaling? You can begin with small paragraphs about your day and sometimes it's surprising how it evolves. You can journal weekly if you feel that's all the time you have...you can write about your health or anything at all. Often my personal writing inspires a blog. You may surprise yourself! ;)

I wish you all the best and blessings.

Also, try taking fish oils. The both promote good blood flow and balance your hormones. Hormone imbalance is a major contributor of chronic fatigue and brain damage can often mess up that area. And take it easy on your head from now on lol.

Hi Choppydo, I have been under a Homeopathic Healer for a few years now and it is working wonders for me. I am also or was under the care of specialist in the area of head Trauma and that is really helping as well. I take fish oils along with other supplements daily. The Fatigue has been with me for 20 years or so it will take time to correct itself.

Thanks for the support

I`ve also heard good things about HGH therapy if you`re willing to take it that far. It`s difficult to access in the west but you can get it done quite easily in china if you can afford the hefty bill. It`s basically rapid cell division that speeds up recovery at the cost of shortening your lifespan. Something to look into at any rate.

I hear ya Gary. How about you make a commitment of one blog post a day? It can just be a small one if need be but the momentum is what`s important. There`s only one way to get good at something and I think you know what that is...

The great thing about WA is you can go at your own pace! So no worries! It takes me about 2-3 days to write an article! I work a full-time job too! That's why it probably takes me that long. Just keep it going on...no matter the speed!

Hi Gary,

I can sympathise with your comments. I am laid up with an injury (broken leg which is taking too long to heal). Blogging and writing articles do not come naturally to me either. But I am working through the lessons and slowly getting to grips with it all. I am determined I will make it work.
Keep plugging away at it and it will all eventually slot into place. Good luck

Dan

Gary, Nothing wrong with stepping back and regaining your balance. I have to remind myself that it is not a race sometimes. The fact that you are aware of your weakness, ( Writing Skills) if it really is one, I've found I am very critical of myself is a good thing. You can only get better right!! Hope you feel better soon !
