Freedom to Healthier Lifestyle
Hello Everyone
I am personally looking for something that will allow me to enjoy and do the things I love to do. I am nearly 50 and I have taken on a Life changing ways by paying closer attention to my health and preaching and living the "WORK TO LIVE" motto. I have been working for over 1/2 my life now 28 years and its time I started paying closer attention to what is important and that is Family and Health. Because without either your missing out. I have 2 kids a 28 year old boy and teenage girl 16 (who is a highly competitive dancer). So I am working hard to make myself available for my kids as much as I can.'
My Profile picture is from one my favorite camping spots in Kananaskis Country in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. I try to get there at least once a year for a week, a place where all technology doesn't work and is a great way to unwind in nature.
I also spent nearly 17 years coaching youth sports such as Hockey and Soccer boys and girls alike. Development stages up to Premier level. I also once a year spend a day teaching skiing to kids that are part in the Stay in School Program. These kids are at risk of dropping out and don't get a lot attention at school or home. This is day for the kids and they get to learn how ski and have fun.
I would love to be able to do more of those sort of things so I am working hard at trying to make this happen.

Hi, is your site up yet? I was a Type II Diabetic and I have worked very hard and I have turned it around and all my blood work for the last 2 years have concluded that I am no longer a Type II Diabetic. I went the way of a Naturopath and she help immensely. I too will be starting of a Health website soon as I find the right Niche as I have a few in mind. Good luck too you
