Hello,
My name is Galya. I've been in WA for about nearly a month now and I don't have too much experience with the system yet but I am working hard, and with Kyle's and Carson's help I am starting to learn little by little the way everything works here.
This post refers to those who are beginners and have just started.

It doesn't look like a hard task does it? You just go in and post your comment or feedback.
It is truly the easiest thing, there is a problem though , in all the excitement of learning some people tend to make the mistake of not paying attention to whether they are commenting or giving feedback.
My daughter told me once that in schools they teach them that commenting includes giving feedback. If you have been taught this way and made this mistake be prepared to receive a letter from Kyle and Carson explaining the mistake, which is very helpful.
I am writing this post inform anyone who does not want to end up making this mistake. Kyle's & Carson's recommendation is that ''You are offering people and engaging critiquing their website''. You can watch videos if you have not already done so.
