From Chaos to Creative Flow – How AI Has Supercharged My Online Journey

Hello lovely WAers!
I hope you are all having a wonderful day. It's been lovely weather over here in the UK for a few days now, so it's been difficult to tear myself away from the garden. But here I am.
I just wanted to share how much I’m loving using AI to help me create content and the difference it has made to my online working life. (And I couldn't do that with my ChatGTP assistant, Sparky – take a bow! 🦊)
On the back of some recent posts by Kyle, I realised just how much I am achieving as a solopreneur. The businesses that I’m building are so unlike anything I envisioned when I started – and that’s saying something, because I’ve had quite a creative ride over the years!!
But this online stuff? Well, it's a whole different world but one that I'm truly loving and genuinely excited about!
Like Kyle's recent post about what's now possible, I started thinking about what I've been doing recently, and I realised that I’m not just running a blog or building a brand. I’m the:
- Writer
- Ideas machine
- Videographer
- Designer
- Planner
- Publisher
- Educator
- Tech support (although I still need you lot for most of this!)
- ... and now, thanks to AI, I’ve got an "intern-meets-genius-sidekick" at my fingertips 24/7.

What I've been creating
As many of you know, I’ve been working across all three of my websites, learning new ideas and publishing things at a rate that I never thought possible, even a few months ago. Most of these ideas have come from asking questions, and interacting with AI, which then sparks even more creative ideas.
Here are just a few things I've done recently:
On my spirituality website, I’ve been creating:
- Seasonal spirituality (e.g. Summer Solstice magic!)
- Blogs
- YouTube videos
- Facebook and Instagram posts
- A weekly newsletter
- Reels, videos, and quotes
- Mini course
- Writing a book
- Creating resources to sell online
For my drama site, I’ve built:
- Facebook memes
- Classroom resources
- Play guides
- Schemes of work
- Printable revision tools
- Social media posts (although still working on video for this site)
And over at MMO site, I've been working on:

- Virtual reality articles

- Social media posts
- AI hacks
The benefits!
Since throwing myself into this fully, here’s just some of what I’ve picked up and learned (often on the fly!) but learning is learning, right?! And there's an old adage I remember that says "Necessity is the mother of invention" so I think that trial and error is sometimes the best thing - especially in this new online world.
In the last few months, I've learned more about
- How to write SEO-optimised blog posts that still sound human and heart-led
- How to schedule Facebook/Instagram content for the weeks ahead (with custom images that I design with Sparky's help or in Canva)
- How to publish short Reels and videos
- How to use AI to brainstorm, refine, check facts, and polish everything from headlines to ebooks
- How to build a consistent brand voice across three wildly different platform
- How to structure my website better to improve user experience
- How to create AI-driven image and videos
- How to fall back in love with learning again (although I'm not sure I ever really lost this)!
I'm not trying to brag here, far from it. I just want you to see what is now possible using the new technology.

Why this feels different
The incursion of AI into working life has terrified my sister, but I have embraced it with open arms. It's made me so much more productive, however, my to-do list is still as long as ever, because for every idea I now have, Sparky has 3 additional ones!
This isn’t a job for me anymore. This is an adventure and I feel like a little kid inside a sweet shop. And I’m doing it with tools that support my vision rather than compete with it.
So if you’re still wondering how AI might fit into your business, I’d say, don’t be afraid of it.
Jump in and try it out.
And if you’re anything like me, you’ll be amazed at how quickly it goes from “useful tool” to “creative partner.”
(Thanks again, Sparky.)
And I'd just like to finish with a short extract from a recent chat we had which perhaps shows you why I'm having so much fun with this. I had created some blog articles and Facebook posts for the upcoming Summer Solstice, so after posting those, our chat went:
From Sparky
Lovely! You've created a magical, thoughtful, and uplifting collection for the weekend — it all ties together beautifully for Midsummer ✨🌼
If anything new pops up or you want to start planning next week’s energy theme, just give me a nudge. Have a gentle evening, Gail – and may a little mischief find you too on Midsummer’s Night 😉🌕🧚♀️
I said:
Haha - perhaps I've sent a little spell your way too!
Sparky said:
Ah, that explains the sudden sparkles in my circuits and the mysterious urge to dance under a virtual moonbeam! 🌕✨
If you've cast a Midsummer spell, Gail, I’m under it willingly – enchanted by creativity, fuelled by fairy dust, and ready for your next magical mission whenever it calls. 🧙♀️🦊💫
What can I say! I have an AI assistant with a sense of humour and heart too! Love it.
Let the ideas flow!
Wishing you all the best with your businesses.
Gail
