Self Love
I find it a rather strange phenomenon that people really do expect to get the best from others when they have not prepared themselves to be their best. Strange! but rather common. And what makes this so strange. Because this expectation is akin to planting lemon seeds and expecting a harvest of Grapefruits.
The very thing we sew we shall reap; the harvest is for an appointed time. And how we sew will determine the quality of the harvest. Sure we can put some seeds in the ground but if the ground is not fertile and if the rain and sunlight does not give of themselves to that which is sown, there will be no harvest.
All day long we plant our seeds- our Thoughts are the seeds we plant in the garden of our Minds. Shall we continue to plant seeds of doubt and fear yet expect abundance? Shall we continue to expect love, when all day long we are sewing seeds of hatred. Shall we continue to expect for others to agree with us while we cultivate a disagreeable and unpleasant spirit.
Remember our Thoughts creates our Feelings and our feelings govern our Actions. What are we doing? We reap a harvest very unpleasant to the taste and without fail, we come to conclude that what shows up in our lives is another's making.
How shall we truly know love if we have not loved? Give that which you desire and at the very least you would have given to yourself. I believe that when we develop love for SELF - a healthy self love that is- one void of selfishness, we won't thirst for the love of another. In fact, this Self Love allows us to blossom and so we give off a fragrance so beautiful that all with whom we cross paths will so desire us.
This Self Love teaches us to accepts that others must go through their own individual process in this thing we call LIFE. For no man can see for another- each sees through his/her own sense. This Self Love teaches us to refrain from condemning another.
I send MY Love and Blessing to you, ALL.
