if your site is quite new that may happen, however just keep adding content the more the better make sure it is relevant and good quality information

there are other methods of driving traffic to your site have a go with co-promote there is a free option I use this and it does help increase followers on twitter and shares

I noticed on one of your pages it appears that you have place holders for pictures, but the pictures are not there. Wonder if that might be an issue?

On the walking diet tab. It says pic-breakfast, pic-lunch, pic-dinner. Under the heading water is says picture.
