Just to let you know support tickets are only used when you have technical issues with your website. This would be totally irrelevant and Kyle would be the one who would take care of this issue.

When you say shared connection are you saying that you all use the same URL? I think referrals need to stem from a different URL though I am not 100% positive of this.
I think that Kyle or Carson would be able to help you in a case like this if you do not get an answer here in the community.

hello Ekautz, with shared connection I mean the same Public IP (i.e a home network behind a home Firewall).
I see Auberlin. In this case you need to PM Kyle or Carson for a work around.

You would need to contact Kyle and let him know that you want your son to be listed under you as your referral. You will need to provide him with the desired email address, username he would like to use and a password.
He will put him under you and he will then be listed as your referral. The reason he is probably not showing up is due to the fact that you are only allowed 1 account per IP address.
If he signed up using the same IP address as you then it won't work. You can contact him directly here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/message/kyle
