How to stay on track.

So, you’ve at least made the first step, maybe you’ve even completed your training by now. Regardless of exactly how far you’ve come, at this point, you’ve accomplished something. There’s no stopping you now, but sometimes we get a little off track. We might slow down for a bit, get distracted, or need to focus on something else for a bit. I get it. I’ve been there.

How do you get back on track once derailed? Simple; you just jump back in, just the way you took your first step here, you step right back in and continue with your progress. Sometimes, that means going back to your training and rereading or rewatching the videos. Let’s face it; we don’t literally remember every detail. That’s not how our minds work. The thing is, we only apply what we remember, so if you can go back and remind yourself of some important things you might be overlooking, you can only benefit from it. It may seem like a step backwards, to go back to an earlier training session, but it’s actually a step forward because you’re not losing sight. You’re taking action—action that will result in more knowledge and better understanding. This is so important.

If you find you’ve lost motivation or focus, rededicate yourself. Write a new blog post, and let us know how you’re feeling, and where your head is at. This community can do amazing things, just reach out. We are here for each other. The support system here is incredible, and is just one of many things that sets this system apart from so many others. Take advantage of it! Help each other, and learn from each other. That’s what we’re here for. You need motivation, we’ve got your back. Need inspiration, we’ve got it. Need help or a question answered, we can do that too. No matter what, we’re here and we want you to succeed. Together, we can make it happen.

Setbacks happen. How will you respond to them when they do? Will you throw in the towel, or get up and keep moving forward?
