For the 1st time on a new years day I've not followed the ole tradition of black eyed peas, greens or cabbage, etc., etc., etc.! I've decide this year that I'm just going to break out of the mold/get out of the box and kick it to the side.

Every time I've cooked all night getting that meal together, I've failed miserably at every thing I promised I'd do. NOT THIS TIME!!!

The only way to make changes in your life is to take action. I say that not only because of what I have learnt at WA. It is what I have learnt so far in life itself.

No one else can make the changes for you and routine is just something we, at times, get stuck in.
