Let go of anger
I had to learn that it is okay to get angry. Then the next lesson was in
how to express my anger appropriately. The most important lesson was
that I should not hang on to my anger. It poisons the soul.

Anger is totally destructive. Channel it into a workout or something and you will feel better! We do that sometimes. Yoga is a big help!

Sometimes if you don't let go of anger then in a healthy way then it will come when you least expect it.

Anger turns to stress if you do not use it to motivate yourself or to re-direct that anger to something productive. Stress kills!
I learned that anger only hurts ourselves and does nothing to the person against whom this anger is directed. So I avoid hurting myself too long!

Thank you Freddie. Yes, anger is toxic and I can feel the poison in my body while I'm experiencing it. That alone is helping me to let go of it. Life's too short for that. Thanks!
