Next Step to Staying Fit
Well, as you get into your 60's it becomes a little more of a challenge. I found out last year that I have had a congenital heart defect since I was an infant. No one found it until now - but that's another story.
As you might imagine, it has made my exercise routine a bit more difficult. I'm down to walking my dogs and lifting light weights.
So, long story short - I'm going to have an angiogram tomorrow, Friday January 22 to basically get measured for a heart valve replacement.
So, I'll probably be in la-la land tomorrow.
I'll be back in the saddle as soon as I can, so if I don't respond right away, please be patient (no pun intended!)

This is the beauty of working online. You can come in whenever you are available. Praying that everything will go well with your angiogram.
May I share a post I made at the beginning of the year. Jump-Start Your Goals in 2016 All the best,
Betcha
Thanks , betcha! And great post! That says it all! God has been blessing me for a long time, and he has seen me through this latest trial. He is Good.
